my advocacy!
Given the Philippines’ current impoverished state, one of the advocacies that I feel strongly about is providing proper education for citizens from all sectors of society. I believe that education is one of the best solutions to alleviating poverty in our society, and ultimately improving the well-being of all. Through education, Filipinos will be able to learn how to make a proper living for themselves and rise up from their impoverished state; educated children will have an easier time finding jobs, as well as creating solutions to help their families. Moreover, Filipinos will learn how to properly take care of both themselves and their surroundings so that they may improve the physical aspects of their well-being—they will understand the value of proper hygiene and the value of practices as simple as reduce, reuse, recycle. Providing proper education for Filipinos is simply the building block to improving the well-being and functionality of the society as a whole.
